Director of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi, and President of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (CUCC), Zenon Potoczny, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The signing took place during the Ukraine Recovery Business Conference 2025 in Toronto.
The document formalizes the partnership between the institutions and defines the areas of cooperation in strengthening Ukraine's economic security. Specifically, it includes the exchange of best practices, joint measures to develop an honest business environment, deepening interaction with investors, and supporting projects aimed at strengthening the state's economic stability.

"We appreciate the desire of our Canadian partners to support Ukraine during the reconstruction period. Our task is to ensure predictable, safe conditions and equal rules for honest investors and businesses. The partnership with the CUCC will contribute to this and strengthen the institutional capacity of the ESBU," noted Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi.
The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine is grateful to the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce for laying a solid foundation for meaningful cooperation that will help protect investments, honest business, and international aid coming to Ukraine.
For reference, the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (CUCC) is an organization that promotes the strengthening of economic ties between Canada and Ukraine. The goal of the CUCC's activities is to create favorable conditions for bilateral trade and investment between Ukraine and Canada, as well as to support business initiatives.
