Personal Reception of Citizens

 The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine has resumed in-person citizen receptions. Receptions are conducted by appointment only.

We remind you that citizen reception is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for the consideration of citizen appeals and the organization of in-person citizen reception at the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and its Territorial Offices, approved by the ESBU Order No. 59 of March 24, 2022, registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2022, under No. 539/37875.

According to this Procedure:

• The Director of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine receives citizens after a preliminary review of the appeal by the Deputy Directors, if the issue has not been resolved on its merits.
• The Deputy Directors of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine receive citizens after a preliminary review of the appeal by the heads of structural units, if the issue has also not been resolved.
