Please note that the ESBU applies two distinct employment mechanisms:
Competitive selections—conducted to fill vacant positions for overt staff members of the Bureau (individuals holding special ranks).
Recruitments—carried out for vacant civil service positions within the ESBU apparatus and positions requiring an employment contract.
