Information about possible corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” committed by employees of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine can be reported:
Such information shall be subject to mandatory review if:
- the information became known to the individual in connection with his or her labor, professional, economic, public, or scientific activities, service or education, or participation in procedures required by law that are mandatory for the commencement of such activities, service, or education, and the individual is convinced that such information is reliable;
- the information contains factual data indicating the possible commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense, or other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” that can be verified.
Information may be reported anonymously or with attribution. The confidentiality of information and compliance with the rights and guarantees of whistleblower protection, as defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption,” are guaranteed.

The main tasks of the Sector are:
developing, organizing, and monitoring measures to prevent corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption.
Main functions:
1) organizes work on assessing corruption risks in the activities of the relevant body, preparing measures to eliminate them, and submits relevant proposals to the head of such a body;
2) provides methodological and advisory assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
3) implements measures to identify conflicts of interest, facilitates their resolution, informs the head of the relevant body and the National Agency about the identification of conflicts of interest and the measures taken to resolve them;
4) verifies the facts of submission of declarations by declarants and notifies the National Agency of cases of non-submission or late submission of such declarations in accordance with the procedure established by this Law;
5) monitors compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including the consideration of reports of violations of the requirements of this Law, including at subordinate enterprises, institutions, and organizations;
6) ensures protection of employees who have reported violations of this Law from negative measures by their manager or employer in accordance with the legislation on the protection of whistleblowers;
7) informs the head of the relevant authority, the National Agency, or other specially authorized entities in the field of anti-corruption about violations of legislation in the field of preventing and combating corruption.
