Main tasks:

• ensuring that the public is informed about the activities of the ESBU through the media, the ESBU's official website, social networks, and messengers;
• organization of interaction of the ESBU with the media and civil society institutions.

Main functions:

• preparation and provision of messages, press releases, comments, and explanations to the media on the ESBU activities;
• information administration of the official website of the ESBU;
• maintaining official pages of the ESBU in social networks and messengers;
• monitoring of media references to the activities of the ESBU;
• developing and implementing measures to respond to critical publications and media statements;
• ensuring the preparation, organization, and conduct of media events and events with civil society institutions with the participation of the ESBU management.
