ESBU Detectives in the Vinnytsia region recover UAH 4.1 million in unpaid taxes

 Detectives of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Vinnytsia region ensured the recovery of losses caused to the budget by the director of a processing industry enterprise.

The pre-trial investigation established that during 2023, the manager did not include the amount of non-repayable financial assistance received as part of the income, and also artificially overstated the cost of manufactured products. This led to an understatement of income tax totaling UAH 4.1 million.

The detectives ensured the full recovery of the losses caused to the budget.

The criminal proceedings have been referred to court.
