Detectives of the Economic Security Bureau of the Ukraine sent an indictment to the court for evasion of mandatory payments in especially large amounts.

In the criminal proceedings the prosecutor filed a civil lawsuit for compensation of damages caused to the state in the amount of UAH 22.6 million.

The investigation established that during 2020-2021 the manager and the chief accountant entered inaccurate information about the rent for the use of a plot of land in the Kyiv region in accounting and tax reporting documents.

For the development of minerals the company leased a plot of state and communal property from the district state administration. In violation of the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine they deliberately understated the rent.

Pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 212, Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was carried out by detectives of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of prosecutors of the Office of the General Prosecutor.
