Detectives of the Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the Poltava region have exposed and shut down three illegal gas stations in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region.
The stations operated in different districts of the city, selling gasoline, diesel fuel, and liquefied petroleum gas. All products were sold without quality certificates or documents of origin. None of the stations possessed licenses to sell excisable goods.
During the searches, ESBU detectives seized 3.3 thousand liters of gasoline, 7.8 thousand liters of diesel fuel, a container of liquefied petroleum gas, 7 fuel storage tanks, fuel dispensers with nozzles, cash obtained from illegal activities, and a tablet. The seized property has been placed under arrest.

The pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of the Art. 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal storage and sale of excisable goods) is ongoing. Procedural oversight in the criminal proceedings is carried out by the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office.
In total, ESBU detectives shut down seven illegal gas stations in the Dnipropetrovsk region in March: two in Dnipro, two in Pavlohrad, and three in Kryvyi Rih.
