Representatives of the Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the Odesa region participated in a practical training seminar dedicated to modern strategic analysis techniques and methods. The event was organized with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Ukraine.
The training focused on enhancing practical skills in applying strategic analysis tools (SWOT, PEST), as well as effective coordination, information exchange, and analytical teamwork.
The knowledge and skills gained are already being integrated into the ESBU's analytical activities. This includes the use of expanded models such as PESTLE, PESTELGO, STEEPLE, and STEEPED, along with the deep integration of SWOT analysis to identify cause-and-effect relationships and improve the quality of managerial decisions.
Analytics is transforming into a proactive tool, allowing for the timely identification of risks, blocking their development, and preventing them from escalating into economic offenses, thereby ensuring the systemic protection of state finances.
