Reception is by appointment only (tel. +38 (0432) 55 02 42) on the days and hours specified in the personal reception schedule.
As a reminder, the reception of citizens is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for considering citizens' appeals and organizing personal receptions at the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and its territorial offices, approved by ESBU Order No. 59 dated March 24, 2022, and registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2022, under No. 539/37875.
In accordance with this Procedure:
The Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Vinnytsia region conducts personal receptions only after the inquiry has been previously reviewed by the responsible employees of the structural units, provided the issue has not been resolved on its merits.
