Pursuant to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 64/2022 "On the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine" dated February 24, 2022 (as amended), martial law has been imposed on the territory of Ukraine due to the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.
In view of the above, the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv has temporarily suspended in-person citizen receptions.
At the same time, citizens can appeal to the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv via postal mail, email, or telephone.

Additionally, the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv operates a daily telephone hotline (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from 14:00 to 16:00 at +38 (098) 323 55 64.

Once in-person receptions at the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv are resumed, the relevant information will be posted on the official website of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine.
