The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Vinnytsia region and the Vinnytsia City Council have officially formalized their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation and Information Interaction.
The primary goal of the document is to combine efforts in preventing offenses that harm the economic interests of the state and, specifically, the Vinnytsia city territorial community.
The document establishes a direct information exchange channel, enabling the effective detection and suppression of economic crimes. Key priorities include monitoring the use of local budget funds, analyzing tax-related risks, and conducting joint preventive work.
Interaction between the law enforcement agency and the local government body will serve as a vital tool for ensuring the transparency of economic processes within the Vinnytsia community.
Participants noted that the memorandum is more than just a formality. It is a step toward ensuring that every hryvnia from the city budget contributes to Vinnytsia's development, representing a new level of communication.
