Modern and transparent recruitment: ESBU approved the list of test tasks for competitions

 The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine consistently implements modern approaches to personnel selection, focusing on professionalism, integrity, and transparency. These are key elements in the agency's reset and the formation of an effective team of specialists.

The Bureau's official website now features a list of test tasks designed to assess candidates' knowledge of Ukrainian legislation for vacant positions. Sample test tasks for assessing candidates' general aptitudes—including verbal, abstract-logical, and mathematical tests—have also been posted.

The relevant Order of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine No. 74, dated February 24, 2026, was signed by the Director of the Bureau, Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi. The document was issued in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine», legislative amendments regarding the improvement of the ESBU's operations, as well as the Regulation on Personnel Commissions for Competitive Selection.

The publication of test materials is part of the implementation of modern and transparent recruitment approaches centered on professionalism, integrity, and openness. This ensures equal conditions for all candidates and enhances trust in personnel procedures and competition results.
