ESBU and Diia. City United discusses new approaches to state-business cooperation

 The Director of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi, met with members of the Diia. City United technological business union. Within the framework of the dialogue, they discussed the transformation of the ESBU, law enforcement practice, and formats of interaction between business and the state built on the principles of transparency, respect, and partnership.

Special attention was paid to the specifics of tech companies' operations and the unique features of Diia. City legal regime. In particular, the discussion covered the need to form predictable law enforcement practices, minimize the risks of unjustified interference in companies' operational activities, and develop effective mechanisms for pre-trial dispute resolution.

The ESBU emphasized that an open dialogue with business is an important component of the Bureau's transformation and the establishment of transparent rules of operation for all market participants.
