Employees of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine Took Part in a Facilitation Session Organised by UN Women Ukraine as Part of the ESBU Gender Audit

 During the event, participants conducted a self-assessment of organisational policies and practices in the field of gender equality, analysed organisational culture, discussed the distribution of responsibilities, and identified barriers that may hinder achieving equal opportunities for women and men.

The session served as a platform for dialogue, experience sharing, and developing joint recommendations regarding the ESBU’s next steps in implementing a gender-sensitive approach.

The facilitators of the event were Iryna Protsiv, Programme Analyst at UN Women Ukraine, and Nataliia Sviderska, National Consultant for UN Women Ukraine.

For reference: As part of implementing the State Strategy until 2030 and the Operational Plan, the ESBU, with expert and technical support from UN Women Ukraine and financial support from the Government of Sweden, has initiated a gender audit. The audit is conducted in accordance with the Order dated 28 February 2025.
