On September 30, Vadym Melnyk, Director of the Economic Security Bureau, met with representatives of the European Business Association (EBA). The European Business Association (EBA) is one of the largest associations of entrepreneurs in Ukraine, numbering more than 1000 companies.

The agenda of the meeting was the ways of cooperation between the ESBU and the business community of Ukraine to improve the business climate and investment attractiveness of the state.

"The ESBU will not become another punitive body, but will cope with illegal schemes that prevent the national economy from developing. A new analytical approach to fight economic crimes will help build equal conditions for business development in the country and prevent distortion of competition across the markets.

I hope that legal business is ready to become our partner in this systematic work to achieve a common goal – improving the business climate and investment attractiveness of Ukraine,” - the Director of ESBU said.
