Main tasks:
1) Ensuring the implementation of measures for digitalization, informatization, and the introduction of electronic governance in the activities of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region in accordance with the defined priorities of the ESBU;
2) ensuring the functioning, administration, and operation of local segments of information and communication systems (hereinafter – ICS), server, network equipment, and workstations of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region;
3) organization of continuous technical support for ICS users, ensuring the operational capacity of software and hardware complexes, and rapid response to technical incidents;
4) administration of departmental databases, registries, and software used by the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region, as well as providing technical support for qualified electronic signatures (hereinafter – QES) and seals;
5) preparation of proposals regarding the introduction of innovative digital solutions and participation in the implementation of projects for the automation of processes of the TO of the ESB in the Zakarpattia region to increase the efficiency of its activities;
6) ensuring the technical support of information exchange between the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region and state authorities, local government bodies, and other institutions within the scope of powers in accordance with the legislation;
7) organization of measures to increase the digital literacy of employees of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region and providing methodological assistance on issues of working in the ICS and using electronic services;
8) ensuring measures for the technical protection of information in the ICS of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region within the scope of competence and interacting with the person responsible for cyber protection regarding the monitoring of the security status of the systems.
Main functions:
1) Ensures the implementation of state policy and the defined priorities of the ESBU in the field of digitalization, innovation, and digital transformations in the activities of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region;
2) prepares drafts of internal regulatory documents, methodological recommendations, and proposals for the regulatory regulation of digitalization processes in the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region;
3) ensures the continuous functioning, administration, and operation of local segments of ICS, server, and network equipment;
4) performs the installation, configuration, updating, and system administration of workstations, peripheral equipment, and office equipment;
5) ensures the development of the IT infrastructure of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region, including the implementation of cloud services and the modernization of data processing centers;
6) organizes technical support for users, ensures stable access to the internet and corporate email;
7) conducts operational response to technical incidents, identifies and eliminates the causes of failures in the operation of software and hardware complexes;
8) maintains records, inventory, and material-technical planning of the sector's needs for computing equipment;
9) carries out administration and technical support of departmental databases, registries, and specialized software of the TO of the ESB in the Zakarpattia region;
10) ensures technical support for QES tools and electronic seals, as well as support for the electronic document management system.
11) ensures automated access of employees to state information resources and registries in the manner specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Information Protection in ICS";
12) analyzes modern IT technologies and prepares proposals for the implementation of innovative digital solutions to optimize the work of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region;
13) participates in designing and implementing projects for the automation of analytical and operational processes of the ESBU;
14) ensures technical integration and compatibility of the ICS of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region with state and interdepartmental information resources;
15) carries out technical support for information exchange with government authorities and local self-government bodies within the scope of powers and in accordance with the legislation;
16) exercises internal control over compliance by employees with the regulations for operating the ICS and information security requirements, and participates in checks on the status of information protection, analysis of information security incidents, establishing the causes of violations, and preparing relevant proposals;
17) organizes the improvement of digital competence of employees of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region, provides advisory and methodological support on issues regarding the use of the ICS of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region and digital services;
18) reviews appeals, requests, and other documents on issues within the competence of the sector, and prepares draft responses.
