Main tasks:
1) Organization of work on the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region (hereinafter – Territorial Office), preparation of measures for their elimination, and submission of relevant proposals to the leadership of the Territorial Office;
2) development of draft acts on issues of prevention and detection of corruption in the Territorial Office within the scope of powers, and initialing drafts of regulatory documents on core activities, administrative and economic issues, as well as on personnel issues depending on their types;
3) provision of methodological and advisory assistance on issues of compliance with legislation on the prevention of corruption, including the provision of clarifications regarding the completion of declarations of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government;
4) measures to detect conflicts of interest, assistance in their resolution, and informing the leadership of the Territorial Office and the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (hereinafter – National Agency) about the detection of conflicts of interest and measures taken for their resolution;
5) development, organization, and control over the implementation of measures to prevent corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption, and provision of methodological and advisory assistance on issues of compliance with legislation on the prevention of corruption;
6) informing the leadership of the Territorial Office, the National Agency, or other specially authorized subjects in the field of countering corruption about facts of violation of legislation in the field of prevention and countering of corruption;
7) control over compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including the review of reports on violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (hereinafter – Law), and ensuring the protection of employees who reported violations of the requirements of the Law from the application of negative measures of influence by the leadership in accordance with the legislation on whistleblower protection.
Main functions:
1) Organization of conducting a special verification regarding persons applying for positions that involve holding a responsible or especially responsible position, and positions with an increased corruption risk in the Territorial Office;
2) organization of the operation of internal channels for reporting possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, and other violations of the requirements of the Law, and review of information reported through such channels in the manner established by the Law;
3) cooperation with whistleblowers, ensuring compliance with their rights and guarantees of protection provided by the Law, and execution of other assignments from the immediate supervisor and leadership of the Territorial Office.
