The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region operates a telephone "hotline" for receiving reports from citizens. Appeals can be made by calling +38 (0312) 64 63 06 on business days from 14:00 to 16:00.
During the "hotline" sessions, specialists of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region provide consultations on reference questions, as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.
A written response is provided upon the applicant's request.
Appeals that do not state the essence of the issue will not be considered, and the applicant will be notified of this by telephone.
If the applicant does not provide their full name (surname, first name, patronymic, if any) or other details (email address, mailing address, or other means of communication for sending a response), the appeal is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.
The mechanism for organizing the telephone "hotline," as well as the reception, consideration, and response to incoming appeals, is set forth in the Procedure for Conducting the Telephone "Hotline" at the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region, approved by Order of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region No. 66 dated October 9, 2025.
