The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Volyn region has a telephone hotline for receiving messages from citizens. You can leave an appeal by phone: +38(0332) 75 79 57. Hours of operation: weekdays from 14:00 to 16:00 .
During the telephone hotline, specialists from the Territorial Office provide consultations on reference questions, as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.
A written response is provided at the applicant's request.
Appeals in which the essence of the matter is not stated are not considered, of which the applicant is notified by phone.
If the applicant does not provide their last name, first name, patronymic (if available) or does not provide other information (email address, mailing address, or information about other means of communication for sending a response), the appeal is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.
