The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Volyn region has resumed personal reception of citizens.
Admission is carried out by appointment only.
Please be reminded that the reception of citizens is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for the consideration of citizens' appeals and the organization of personal reception of citizens at the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and its territorial offices, approved by the ESBU Order No. 59 of March 24, 2022, registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2022, under No. 539/37875.
According to this Procedure:
- the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Volyn region conducts personal reception of citizens only after the preliminary consideration of the appeal by the Deputy Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Volyn region, if the issue has not been resolved on its merits;
- the Deputy Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Volyn region conducts personal reception of citizens only after the preliminary consideration of the appeal by the heads of the structural units of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Volyn region, if the issue has not been resolved on its merits.
