Personal reception of citizens

The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Poltava region conducts personal receptions for citizens.

Please be reminded that the reception of citizens is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for the Consideration of Citizens' Appeals and the Organization of Personal Reception of Citizens in the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and its Territorial Offices, approved by ESBU Order No. 59 dated March 24, 2022, and registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2022, under No. 539/37875.

According to this Procedure:

• The Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Poltava region receives citizens only after their appeal has been previously reviewed by the Deputy Head, provided the issue has not been resolved on its merits.
• The Deputy Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Poltava region receives citizens after their appeal has been previously reviewed by the heads of structural units, provided the issue has also not been resolved.
