Main tasks:
1) developing, organizing, and monitoring the implementation of measures to prevent corruption and corruption-related offenses;
2) organizing corruption risk assessments within the Territorial Office's activities, preparing measures for their mitigation, and submitting relevant proposals to the Head of the Territorial Office;
3) providing methodological and consultative assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
4) verifying the submission of asset declarations by employees of the Territorial Office and notifying the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of any failure to file or late filing of such declarations;
5) exercising control over compliance with anti-corruption laws, including the review of reports regarding violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
6) ensuring the organization of background checks (special checks) for candidates applying for high-responsibility or particularly high-responsibility positions, as well as positions with an increased risk of corruption, appointed by the Head of the Territorial Office.
Main functions:
1) provides methodological and consultative assistance to employees and structural divisions of the Territorial Office on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
2) interacts with authorized units (authorized persons) of other relevant bodies, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, and other specially authorized entities in the field of corruption countermeasures;
3) organizes work on assessing corruption risks within the Territorial Office's activities, preparing measures for managing these risks, and submitting proposals regarding such measures to the Head of the Territorial Office;
4) provides consultative assistance to Territorial Office employees in completing asset declarations for persons authorized to perform state or local government functions;
5) prepares reports on the results of special background checks based on information received from the divisions conducting the verification of information regarding a candidate for a high-responsibility or particularly high-responsibility position, as well as positions with an increased corruption risk, appointed by the Head of the Territorial Office;
6) takes measures to identify conflicts of interest and facilitate their resolution, informing the Head of the Territorial Office and the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and Detection about identified conflicts of interest and the measures taken to resolve them;
7) organizes cooperation with whistleblowers, ensuring compliance with their rights and guarantees of protection provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
8) reviews citizens' appeals/requests within the scope of their authority;
9) participates in the preparation of the ESBU's anti-corruption program and amendments thereto, submitting it for approval and monitoring its implementation;
10) organizes the submission of information required for the preparation of the national report on the implementation of anti-corruption policy principles to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention;
11) maintains records of individuals subject to declaration requirements who have an obligation to submit declarations in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
