The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Odesa region has resumed personal receptions for citizens.
Personal reception is conducted by appointment only, on the days and during the hours specified in the personal reception schedule.

As a reminder, the reception of citizens is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for considering citizens' appeals and organizing personal receptions at the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and its territorial offices, approved by ESBU Order No. 59 dated March 24, 2022, and registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2022, under No. 539/37875.
In accordance with this Procedure:
The Head of the ESBU Tof the erritorial Office in the Odesa region conducts personal receptions for citizens who have previously attended a personal reception with the heads of independent structural units of the ESBU bodies.
