Personal reception of citizens

The Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Lviv region has resumed in-person appointments for citizens.

Admission is by appointment only (tel. +38 (032) 297 32 88).

Please be reminded that the reception of citizens is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for Reviewing Citizens' Appeals and Organizing Personal Appointments at the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and its Territorial Offices, approved by ESBU Order No. 59 dated March 24, 2022, and registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2022, under No. 539/37875.

According to this Procedure:

• The Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Lviv region conducts personal appointments for citizens who have previously applied for personal appointments with the heads of the independent structural units of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Lviv region.
