Main tasks:
1) implementation of developed measures, organization and control over conducting activities for the prevention of corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption;
2) organization of work on assessing corruption risks in the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv, preparation of measures for their elimination, and submission of relevant proposals to the Head;
3) providing methodological and consulting assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
4) verification of the submission of declarations by declarants employed at the Territorial Officeof the ESBU in Kyiv, and notifying the National Agency about cases of non-submission or late submission of such declarations in the manner prescribed by the Law of Ukraine "On Corruption Prevention";
5) exercising control over compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including the consideration of reports concerning violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Corruption Prevention";
6) ensuring the protection of employees who report violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Corruption Prevention" from negative measures of influence in accordance with legislation on whistleblowers protection;
7) informing the Head of the Territorial Officeof the ESBU in Kyiv, the Sector of the ESBU Central Office, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, or other specially authorized entities in the field of anti-corruption regarding facts of violations of legislation in the sphere of corruption prevention and counteraction;
8) organizing the conduct of a special check for individuals applying for positions that involve holding a responsible or especially responsible position and positions with increased corruption risk, appointments to which are made by the Head of the Office;
9)exercising control measures within the scope of authority regarding declarations submitted by subjects of declaration to whom Article 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Corruption Prevention" applies.
Main tasks:
1) organizes work on assessing corruption risks in the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv, prepares measures for their elimination, and submits proposals regarding such measures to the Head;
2) provides employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv with methodical and consultative assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation, as well as in filling out declarations and notifications of significant changes in property status;
3) takes measures to identify conflicts of interest and facilitates their resolution, informs the Head, the Sector of the ESBU Central Office, and the National Agency about the identification of conflicts of interest and the measures taken to resolve them;
4) verifying the fact of submission of declarations by subjects of declaration who work at the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv, and notifying the National Agency of cases of non-submission or late submission of such declarations in the manner determined in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Corruption Prevention';
5) implements measures to identify corruption risks in the activities of the structural units of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv and their employees, provides mandatory recommendations for their elimination;
6) cooperates with whistleblowers, ensures compliance with their rights and guarantees of protection provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Corruption Prevention";
7) informs the Head in writing about the commission of corruption offenses or offenses related to corruption, and other violations of the Law's requirements by employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Kyiv to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Corruption Prevention".
