Main tasks:
1) implementation of the information policy of the ESBU;
2) ensuring the informing of society about the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU through media, the official website of the ESBU of Ukraine, social networks, and messengers;
3) organization of interaction between the Territorial Office of the ESBU and media and civil society institutions.
Main functions:
1) carries out the analysis and processing of information about the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU for its further publication;
2) ensures the preparation and provision of announcements, press releases, comments, and explanations regarding the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU for placement in the media and on the official ESBU website;
3) organizes and coordinates work on the provision of information, documents, photos, and video materials for placement in the section of the Territorial Office of the ESBU on the official ESBU website;
4) carries out the content management (filling) and maintains the pages of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in social networks and messengers in an up-to-date state;
5) performs monitoring of mentions of the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the media.
6) develops and implements response measures to critical publications and appearances in the media;
7) ensures the preparation, organization, and conducting of media events and events with civil society institutions involving the Head and Deputy Heads of the Territorial Office of the ESBU;
8) participates, on behalf of the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU, in the review of citizens' appeals, appeals and requests from people's deputies of Ukraine, deputies of the regional council, enterprises, institutions, and organizations regarding matters within the competence of the Sector;
9) prepares informational, reference, and other materials on issues of interaction between the Territorial Office of the ESBU and media and civil society institutions.
