Main tasks:
1) organizing activities for assessing corruption risks within the operations of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region drafting measures for their mitigation, and implementing other actions aimed at preventing the commission of corruption and corruption-related offenses by employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
2) advising employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region on compliance with the requirements of legislative acts regarding ethical behavior, the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest, as well as other requirements, restrictions, and prohibitions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
3) developing and organizing measures aimed at ensuring compliance with legislative acts regarding ethical behavior, the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest, as well as other requirements, restrictions, and prohibitions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
4) verifying the fact of submission of asset declarations by declaration subjects employed at the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, and notifying the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) of instances of non-submission or untimely submission of such declarations in the manner prescribed by the Law;
5) informing the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, or other specially authorized entities in the field of anti-corruption, in cases provided for by legislation, about facts of legislative violations in the field of preventing and combating corruption.
Main functions:
1) develops draft acts on the prevention and detection of corruption;
2) provides methodological and consultative assistance to employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
3) interacts with authorized units (authorized officers) of other relevant bodies, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, and other specially authorized entities in the field of anti-corruption;
4) submits information regarding its activities to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention;
5) organizes activities for assessing corruption risks within the operations of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, prepares corruption risk management measures, and submits proposals regarding such measures to the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
6) prepares reports based on the results of periodic monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the anti-corruption program;
7) reviews and signs off (countersigns) draft acts on core activities, administrative and operational matters, and personnel issues (personnel files), depending on their types;
8) assists employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region blast in filling out declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government;
9) cooperates with whistleblowers;
10) provides methodological assistance and consultations to employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region regarding the submission of reports on potential facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, and other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and the protection of whistleblowers, and conducts internal training on these matters;
11) informs the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, or other specially authorized entities in the field of anti-corruption, in cases provided for by legislation, about facts that may indicate the commission of corruption or corruption-related offenses, as well as other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" by employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
12) monitors the Unified State Register of Persons Who Have Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses to ensure compliance by the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region with the requirements of Part 1 of Article 59 and Part 2 of Article 65-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
13) monitors the official web portal "Judicial Power of Ukraine" and the Unified State Register of Court Decisions to obtain information regarding the outcomes of relevant court proceedings in cases where official information has been received concerning the commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense by an employee of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
14) participating in internal investigations conducted to identify the causes and conditions that led to the commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense or another failure to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption," upon the submission of a specially authorized entity in the field of anti-corruption or a directive from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention;
15) participating in conferences, seminars, trainings, and other educational or scientific events on the prevention and detection of corruption;
16) reviewing citizens' appeals within the scope of authority.
