Main tasks:
1) implementation of the ESBU information policy and informing the public about the activities of the ESBU Territorial Office in Chernivtsi region through the media, official website, social networks, and messaging apps;
2) establishing and maintaining communications with civil society institutions and the media.
Main functions:
1) collecting and summarizing information from the structural subdivisions of the Territorial Office of the ESBU on current activities; preparing announcements and press releases for publication in the media, on the official ESBU website, in social networks, and messaging apps;
2) organizing and coordinating the provision of information, documents, photographs, and video materials for the Territorial Office of the ESBU section on the official ESBU website;
3) updating and maintaining the Territorial Office of the ESBU pages on social networks and messaging apps with current informational content;
4) distributing official messages, press releases, and information for publications to the media regarding the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU; providing comments and clarifications in the information space and participating in live broadcasts on audiovisual media;
5) ensuring the preparation and organization of media events (press conferences, briefings, interviews, comments, etc.) and events with civil society institutions involving the Territorial Office of the ESBU and its deputies.
6) organizing the participation of Territorial Office of the ESBU officials in events held by civil society institutions and the media;
7) monitoring media mentions of Territorial Office of the ESBU activities; developing and implementing response measures to critical publications or media appearances; formulating media plans, and providing proposals for the Territorial Office of the ESBU draft work plans and relevant reports.
