Detectives of the Territorial Department of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region served a notice of suspicion of UAH 700 thousand tax evasion to the owner of a service station and ensured full compensation of the losses caused to the budget.

Officers of the ESBU established that the entrepreneur provided vehicle maintenance and repair services was on the simplified taxation system and had employees.

For three years submitted to the State Tax Service false information about his income and deliberately underreported it in the total amount of over UAH 12.6 million. In this way the man evaded paying almost UAH 700 thousand in taxes.

Detectives of the ESBU have now completed the pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings. The case file was sent to court.
