The ESBU is looking for leaders - the selection process for the heads of seven regional offices has started

 The Director of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi, announced this on his Telegram channel, declaring a competitive selection process for managerial positions within the regional offices of the ESBU.

"Many people criticize state institutions. And often, rightfully so. If you believe that the state can operate more efficiently, come and prove it. Not in the comments. In practice," the Director emphasized.

Currently, competitions are open for the positions of heads of seven regional offices of the ESBU - in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zakarpattia, Kyiv, Lviv, and Poltava regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv.

"We are not just looking for managers. We are looking for leaders. People who are ready to take responsibility under difficult conditions, lead a team, make tough decisions, and achieve results," Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi noted.

The Director of the ESBU emphasized that for participation in the competitions, it does not matter exactly where the candidate gained their professional experience - whether in the public sector or in business. The main factors are professionalism, readiness to take responsibility, and a willingness to work for the benefit of the state.

Today, under the conditions of full-scale war, economic security is one of the key pillars of the country's resilience. Every exposed scheme, every hryvnia returned to the state budget, and every prevented misappropriation or tax evasion represent an additional resource for the defense and economic stability of Ukraine.

"Some protect the state with weapons in hand. Others protect their economy from those trying to weaken the country from within. Therefore, your investment of time, experience, and professionalism is needed by the state precisely today," the Director of the ESBU emphasized.
