The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine and the JustGroup organization have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening the Bureau's institutional capacity, developing its management team, and implementing modern standards for human resource management.
The document was signed by ESBU Director Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi and the organization's Executive Director, Vasylina Yavorska.
Key areas of interaction include the creation of a modern development program for ESBU employees. This involves forming a competency framework, analyzing needs, and developing training programs for various categories of employees. Special attention will be paid to the implementation of best practices in pre-trial investigation and strategic management.
The parties agreed to share experiences and involve external experts to enhance the professional level of the ESBU team and support valuable internal initiatives.

The signing of the Memorandum lays the foundation for systemic and practical cooperation that will help the Bureau develop its human capital and improve the quality of its work.
Background: JustGroup is a Ukrainian organization working on the transformation of the criminal justice system. It organizes professional discussions, creates development programs, and leads mentorship initiatives for lawyers aimed at rethinking professional experience and finding new approaches to work.
The organization collaborates with various national institutions (Supreme Court, High Anti-Corruption Court, Office of the Prosecutor General, NABU, National Police), as well as with Ukrainian and international partners, including the UNDP in Ukraine, the EU Project "Pravo-Justice", the Office of the Council of Europe, the OSCE, the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, and the International Bar Association (IBA).
