The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine has introduced a new, modern personnel selection tool: the «Automation System for Conducting Competitions for ESBU Personnel Positions.» From now on, the submission of documents for vacant positions at the ESBU is transitioning to a fully convenient online format.

The launch of the portal aims to minimize bureaucracy, eliminate paper-based documentation, and make the selection process as transparent, fast, and secure as possible for every candidate.
In particular, the portal features:
1. Secure authorization.
Logins are carried out exclusively through the state electronic identification service ID.GOV.UA, ensuring the protection of personal data at all stages of the selection process.
2. Unified digital personal cabinet.
All interaction with the selection committee takes place online. Candidates can fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents directly to their profile.
3. Convenient vacancy search.
Users can view current competitions, review qualification requirements, and filter positions by regions of Ukraine.
4. Transparent status tracking.
In the "My Applications" section, you can track the stages of the competition in real-time—from document verification to the interview.
5. Automatic notifications.
The system informs you of all changes: invitations to selection stages, results, or the need to clarify information.
