The leadership of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine paid a working visit to Vinnytsia. During the trip, meetings were held with the staff of the Territorial Office of the ESBU, heads of regional law enforcement and regulatory agencies, and representatives of the business community.
The visit aimed to strengthen interagency cooperation, discuss the region's economic specifics, and implement modern analytical and digital tools to counter the shadow economy.
During the visit to the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Vinnytsia region, officials discussed the unit's performance, current challenges, and development priorities. The Bureau's leadership emphasized an analytical approach, prevention of economic offenses, open communication with businesses, and personnel reinforcement through open competitive recruitment.

A coordination meeting with the heads of regional law enforcement and regulatory bodies was held at the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration. The participants discussed areas of cooperation regarding budget replenishment, countering the illicit trade of excise goods, tax evasion, and money laundering.
The Director of the ESBU presented an analytical tool called the "Regional Security Index" and outlined plans to use satellite data to analyze economic indicators and identify shadow risks in the agricultural sector.
As part of the visit, the ESBU leadership participated in the business forum "Trends 2026: Business and Technology for Growth." During the speech, they emphasized the Bureau's openness to partnership with law-abiding businesses, the priority of analytics and offense prevention, and the cultivation of tax culture and institutional trust.

Participants of the meetings positively assessed the proposed approaches and expressed their readiness for further cooperation. Following the working events, it was emphasized that the Vinnytsia region possesses significant potential for developing effective analytical and preventive work in the field of economic security.
