For them, this is neither a field trip nor passive observation.
Today marks their introduction to the Head Detective Department team, meetings with management, and initial briefings on their upcoming duties. Next comes practical application. Each intern will work with a mentor, handle real-world tasks, and gradually immerse themselves in the department's operations to understand how detectives investigating economic crimes actually work.
This is ESBU's first experience running such a program specifically within the Head Detective Department. For the interns, it is an opportunity to gain their first hands-on experience, ask questions of active professionals, and decide whether they want to pursue this career path in the future.
