ESBU detectives liquidate three illegal gas stations in the Kyiv region

 Detectives of the Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the Kyiv region liquidated three illegal gas stations in the Brovary and Boryspil districts.

The investigation established that the gas stations operated in violation of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. In particular, there were no quality certificates for the fuel or documents regarding its origin.

As a result of authorized searches carried out, ESBU detectives seized 4 fuel dispensing columns, nearly 7,000 liters of diesel fuel, and over 1,600 liters of A-95 gasoline. In addition, financial and business documentation, computer equipment, draft records, and cash were seized.

A pre-trial investigation is ongoing under Article 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal manufacture, storage, sale, or transportation for the purpose of sale of excisable goods). The full range of persons involved in the illegal activity is being established.
