Detectives from the ESBU in the Vinnytsia region secured compensation of UAH 4 million in unpaid taxes

 Detectives from the Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region ensured compensation for losses caused to the budget by the director of the enterprise. Its main activity of the enterprise is the manufacture of concrete products for construction.

It was established that during 2020-2025, the manager entered false information in the company's income tax return and did not reflect the amount of value added tax on the sale of goods. This led to an understatement of VAT and income tax by more than UAH 4 million.

During the pre-trial investigation into the deliberate tax evasion, the damages were fully compensated.

The criminal case has been sent to the court.

The proceedings were conducted by prosecutors from the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office.
