An enterprise engaged in the sale of mobile phone accessories, chargers, and power banks has reimbursed over UAH 6 million in unpaid corporate income tax to the state budget and paid the financial penalties.
Detectives of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Odesa region established that a 52-year-old female resident of Odesa willfully entered inaccurate information into financial and tax reporting documents.

The company sells a wide assortment of mobile phone accessories, chargers, and power banks. The company's officials failed to reflect the received income of UAH 33.5 million in their reporting documents. As a result, the enterprise's income was willfully underreported, which allowed them to underpay over UAH 6 million in corporate income tax to the budget.
During the pre-trial investigation, the company fully reimbursed the damages caused to the state by paying UAH 6 million in taxes and financial penalties. Additionally, UAH 1 million was transferred for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Due to the full reimbursement of the damage caused, the prosecutor petitioned the court to release the enterprise's official from criminal liability based on Part 4 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The prosecution in the criminal proceedings was supervised by the prosecutors of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.
