Main tasks:
1) providing organizational, material, technical, and economic support for the operations of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region (hereinafter referred to as the Territorial Office);
2) organizing and coordinating work regarding occupational health and safety rules and fire safety standards within the Territorial Office, as well as conducting introductory, initial, refresher, unscheduled, and targeted briefings;
3) organizing the maintenance and service of the Territorial Office's vehicles;
4) organizing the technical maintenance of premises, technical equipment, and utilities;
5) providing organizational support to the structural units of the Territorial Office with weapons, ammunition, uniforms, insignia, and other material and technical supplies in accordance with the approved allowance standards;
6) maintaining records of material assets and ensuring responsibility for their preservation;
7) providing organizational support for the work of the authorized person responsible for organizing and conducting procurement procedures/simplified procurements within the Territorial Office;
8) organizing the material and technical support of the Territorial Office's structural units and participating in solving social and everyday issues of employees.
Main functions:
1) preparing, within the scope of competence, draft contracts for the procurement of goods, works, and services necessary for the functioning of the Sector;
2) ensuring, in accordance with concluded contracts and within the Sector's competence, the receipt of material assets, their storage, and issuance to the independent structural units of the Territorial Office;
3) participating in the inventory of material assets in accordance with the orders of the Territorial Office;
4) providing proposals for the write-off of material assets and preparing the necessary documentation for such write-offs;
5) ensuring control over the movement and preservation of material assets utilized by the independent structural units of the Territorial Office;
6) monitoring the maintenance and repair of equipment used for property protection.
