Main tasks:
1) organizing legal work aimed at the correct application, strict adherence to, and prevention of non-compliance with legislation and other regulatory acts by the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region (hereinafter — the Territorial Office) and its employees during the performance of assigned tasks and functional duties;
2) providing self-representation of the interests of the Territorial Office and its officials in courts without a specific mandate from the Territorial Office leadership, as well as conducting self-representation of the interests of the ESBU in courts (subject to a specific mandate);
3) managing claims, litigation, and court-related work, and monitoring its execution.
Main functions:
1) expert evaluation of draft orders on core activities, personnel matters, and staffing, as well as instructions of the Territorial Office;
2) organization of work related to the conclusion of agreements (contracts), implementation of measures aimed at fulfilling contractual obligations, and ensuring the protection of property rights and legitimate interests of the Territorial Office;
3) analysis of the economic performance of the Territorial Office, investigation of the conditions and causes of unproductive expenses, breaches of contractual obligations, and the status of accounts receivable and payable;
4) review of applications, complaints, and inquiries from individuals and legal entities, appeals and inquiries from People's Deputies, and requests for public information;
5) analysis of materials received from law enforcement and regulatory bodies, litigation results, as well as statistical reporting data obtained from inspections, audits, and inventories that characterize the state of legal compliance within the Territorial Office; preparation of legal opinions on identified violations and participation in organizing work for the recovery of damages.
