Main tasks:
1) implementing the ESBU's information policy;
2) ensuring public awareness of the Territorial Office's activities via media, the official ESBU website, social media networks, and messengers;
3) organizing interaction and cooperation between the Territorial Office, the media, and civil society institutions.
Main functions:
1) analyzes and processes information regarding the Territorial Office's activities for further public release;
2) ensures the preparation and submission of announcements, press releases, comments, and clarifications concerning the Territorial Office’s operations for placement in the media and on the official ESBU website;
3) organizes and coordinates the provision of information, documents, photos, and video materials for upload to the Territorial Office’s section on the official ESBU website;
4) monitors media coverage and mentions of the Territorial Office's activities;
5) ensures the preparation, organization, and execution of media events and engagements with civil society institutions, involving the Head and Deputy Heads of the Territorial Office;
6) provides consultative assistance to the Territorial Office's structural departments regarding interaction with media and civil society institutions.
