Main tasks:
1) development, organization, and control over the implementation of measures to prevent corruption offenses and offenses related to corruption;
2) organization of work on the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, preparation of measures for their elimination, submission of relevant proposals to the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
3) provision of methodical and consulting assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
4) verification of the fact of submission of declarations by the subjects of declaration working in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, and notification of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention about cases of non-submission or late submission of such declarations;
5) exercising control over compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including consideration of reports on violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
6) ensuring the protection of employees who report violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" from negative measures of influence in accordance with legislation on whistleblower protection;
7) informing the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, or other specially authorized entities in the field of corruption counteraction, about facts of violation of legislation in the sphere of corruption prevention and counteraction;
8) ensuring the organization of a special check regarding persons applying for positions that involve holding a responsible or especially responsible position, and positions with increased corruption risk, the appointment to which is carried out by the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
9) exercising, within powers, control measures regarding declarations submitted by subjects of declaration to whom Article 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" applies.
Main functions:
1) organizes work on the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of the relevant body, prepares measures for their elimination, and submits relevant proposals to the head of such body;
2) provides methodical and consulting assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
3) carries out measures to identify conflicts of interest, facilitates their settlement, informs the head of the relevant body and the National Agency about the identification of conflicts of interest and the measures taken for their settlement;
4) verifies the facts of submission of declarations by the subjects of declaration and notifies the National Agency about cases of non-submission or late submission of such declarations in the manner determined in accordance with this Law;
5) exercises control over compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including the consideration of reports on violations of the requirements of this Law, including at subordinate enterprises, institutions, and organizations;
6) ensures the protection of employees who have reported violations of the requirements of this Law from the application of negative measures of influence by the manager or employer in accordance with the legislation on whistleblower protection;
7) informs the head of the relevant body, the National Agency, or other specially authorized entities in the field of corruption counteraction about facts of violation of legislation in the sphere of corruption prevention and counteraction.
