Main tasks:
1) implementation of administrative, economic, and material-technical support for the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, through the realization of functions assigned to the Office;
2) ensuring the organization and control of the operation, engineering and technical support, maintenance, and upkeep of the buildings and premises of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region in a proper sanitary-technical and fire-safe condition;
3) implementation of measures related to the organization of procedures for the procurement / simplified procurement of goods, works, and services to support the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
4) organization of work regarding the use of vehicles of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region, including conducting technical maintenance and current repairs;
5) organization of the implementation of labor protection and fire safety measures in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
6) ensuring the implementation of legislative requirements in the sphere of labor protection and fire safety in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
7) ensuring interagency cooperation and interaction with central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Head of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region and/or their designated deputy, on issues within the competence of the Office.
Main function
1) prepares draft agreements and other legal transactions with business entities for the performance of works, provision of services, and supply of goods, and monitors the execution of agreements for which it is the initiator;
2) conducts procurement of goods, works, and services in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" for the operation, equipping, and improvement of the material and technical base of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
3) ensures control over the movement and preservation of material assets that are in operation by independent structural units;
4) controls the proper condition of electricity supply, heat supply, water supply, and sewage disposal in the premises of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
5) participates in the planning of current and capital repairs of the building and premises where the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region is located, in accordance with legislative requirements;
6) is responsible for the organization of work and the resolution of issues related to transport support in the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region and the technical maintenance of official vehicles that belong to and/or are used by the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
7) ensures the rational use of fuels and lubricants, and also controls their consumption;
8) organizes the provision of fire safety in the administrative building of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
9) ensures the preparation, compilation, and publication of the annual plan of procurement of goods, works, and services using state funds and the introduction of changes to it;
10) implements measures for concluding agreements on compensation of expenses to balance holders for the maintenance of leased real estate and/or the provision of utility services to tenants;
11) organizes and ensures the conduct of labor protection and fire safety training with the employees of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region;
12) develops documents of an organizational and economic nature, drafts orders, and directives of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in the Kyiv region.
