Main tasks:
1) organizing the assessment of corruption risks within the activities of the Territorial Office of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region (hereinafter – the Territorial Office), preparing measures for their elimination, and submitting relevant proposals to the leadership of the Territorial Office;
2) developing draft acts on the prevention and detection of corruption within the Territorial Office within the scope of authority, and initialing draft regulatory documents on core activities, administrative and economic matters, as well as personnel issues depending on their type;
3) providing methodological and advisory assistance on compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including clarifications on completing declarations for persons authorized to perform state or local government functions;
4) implementing measures to detect conflicts of interest, facilitating their resolution, and informing the leadership of the Territorial Office and the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (hereinafter – the National Agency) about identified conflicts of interest and the measures taken to resolve them;
5) developing, organizing, and monitoring measures to prevent corruption-related and corruption-linked offenses, and providing methodological and advisory assistance regarding compliance with anti-corruption legislation;
6) informing the leadership of the Territorial Office, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, or other specially authorized anti-corruption entities about facts of legislation violations in the field of corruption prevention and counteraction;
7) monitoring compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including reviewing reports of violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (hereinafter – the Law), and ensuring the protection of employees who have reported violations of the Law from negative measures of influence by the leadership in accordance with whistleblower protection legislation.
Main functions:
1) organizing and conducting special background checks for individuals applying for positions that involve significant or particularly significant responsibility, as well as positions with increased corruption risk within the Territorial Office;
2) organizing the operation of internal channels for reporting possible instances of corruption-related offenses or other violations of the requirements of the Law, and reviewing information submitted through these channels in the manner prescribed by the Law;
3) cooperating with whistleblowers, ensuring compliance with their rights and guarantees of protection as provided by the Law, and fulfilling other instructions from the immediate supervisor and the leadership of the Territorial Office.
