The Territorial Office of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in Poltava region operates a telephone hotline for receiving messages from citizens.

You can leave an appeal by phone: (0532) 56 63 70, (0532) 56 63 93, from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00.

During the telephone hotline, an authorized official of the Territorial Office provides consultations on informational issues, as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.

A written response is provided at the request of the applicant.

An appeal that does not state the essence of the issue is not considered, and the applicant is notified of this by telephone.

If the applicant does not provide his/her last name, first name, patronymic (if any) or does not provide other information (e-mail address, postal address or information about other means of communication for sending a response), the application is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.
