Main tasks:
1) organization and maintenance of office management in the Territorial Office;
2) organization of work to ensure access to public information and the processing of citizens' appeals received by the Territorial Office;
3) organizational and methodological support for the operation of the electronic document management system of the Territorial Office;
4) registration of organizational and administrative documents of the Territorial Office;
5) organization of the maintenance of the archive of the Territorial Office;
6) control, organizational and methodological support for the work of the structural divisions of the Territorial Office;
7) monitoring and control over the implementation of the laws of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and instructions of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, requests and appeals of people's deputies of Ukraine, as well as orders and instructions of the ESBU leadership, acts of other central executive bodies, requests for public information and citizens' appeals, orders and instructions of the leadership of the Territorial Office.
Main functions:
1) ensures the coordination of the work of the structural divisions of the Territorial Office in terms of office management, organizational support and archive management, control, work with citizens' appeals and requests for public information;
2) organizes the work and exercises control over the development of regulations on the structural divisions of the Territorial Office;
3) ensures the functioning of the archive of the Territorial Office;
4) compiles the consolidated nomenclature of files (cases) of the Territorial Office;
5) carries out the registration, accounting, and storage of orders concerning core activities, directives, instructions, and minutes of meetings of the leadership of the Territorial Office;
6) ensures the reception, preliminary review, and registration of incoming correspondence, timely transfer of registered documents for consideration;
7) ensures the dispatch of outgoing correspondence of the Territorial Office;
8)conducts the initial review of citizens' appeals and requests for information, and forwards them to responsible executors;
9) ensures the centralized registration of citizens' appeals and requests for information, control of their execution deadlines;
10) organizes the conducting of personal reception of citizens by the leadership and structural divisions of the Territorial Office;
11) carries out centralized registration of written proposals, applications, and complaints submitted during personal reception;
12) processes citizens' appeals received via the telephone "hotline" in the Territorial Office, and forwards such appeals to responsible executors.
