Detectives of the Territorial Department of the ESBU in the Lviv region under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Lviv regional Prosecutor's Office and the assistance of the Lviv regional Military Administration handed over 48,000 tobacco products to 7 military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The estimated cost of electronic cigarettes is UAH 14 million.

According to the results of searches of a warehouse in the territory of the Lviv region, detectives discovered and seized electronic cigarettes of a well-known brand without excise tax stamps.

The pre-trial investigation has been completed the indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.

The Lviv region court issued a decision to lift the seizure and transfer the seized property to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
