The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine operates a telephone hotline to receive reports from citizens. You can leave a message by calling (044) 236 13 97, from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00.

During the telephone hotline, the Bureau's specialists provide consultations on issues of a reference nature, as well as on appeals that do not require additional study.

A written response is provided at the applicant's request.

Applications that do not state the essence of the issue are not considered, and the applicant is notified of this by telephone.

If the applicant does not provide a surname, name, patronymic (if any), or other information (e-mail address, postal address, or information about other means of communication for sending a response), the appeal is registered as anonymous and is not subject to consideration.

The mechanism for organizing the work of the telephone hotline, receiving, reviewing, and responding to incoming appeals is provided in the Procedure for conducting a telephone hotline in the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, approved by Order of the ESBU No. 180 dated June 07, 2023.
