Main tasks:

• Organisational, logistical, and economic support of the activities of the TO of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region and units under its management by implementing the functions assigned to the Sector.
• Organisation and coordination of work on labor protection and fire safety rules and regulations in the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region, conducting introductory, initial, repeated, unscheduled, and targeted briefings.
• Organisation of maintenance vehicles of the TD of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region.
• Organising the maintenance of premises, technical equipment and communications.
• Keeping records of material assets and responsibility for their safety.

Functions:

• Prepares within the scope of its competence, draft contracts for the purchase of goods, works and services required to perform the Sector's functions.
• By the agreements concluded within the competence of the Sector it ensures the receipt of material assets, their storage, and delivery to independent structural units of the TO of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region.
• Participates in the inventory of material assets by the orders of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region.
• Submits proposals for the write-off of material assets, and prepares the necessary documents for their write-off.
• Ensures control over the movement and preservation of material assets operated by the independent structural units of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region.
• Controls the proper state of electricity, heat supply, water supply, and sewerage in the premises of the TO of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region.
• Supervises the maintenance and repair of equipment used to protect property in the premises of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region.
• Develop a plan for the accommodation of employees of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region in office premises.
• Participates in the planning of current and overhaul repairs of the building and premises where the TO of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region is located according to the requirements of the law.
• Supervises the proper quality and compliance with technological requirements during repair works at the premises of TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region.
• Organize operation of the TO of the ESBU in the Zakarpattia region their manning, provision of fuel and lubricants maintenance of proper technical condition, and control the storage of official vehicles.
• Ensures the rational use of fuels and lubricants and controls their rational consumption.
• Takes measures to ensure fire safety in the administrative building of TO of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region.
