Dear citizens!

Appeals to the Territorial Department ESBU in Zakarpattia region can be sent in writing to the following address: Territorial Department of the ESBU in Zakarpattia region, Sobranetska St.,145, Uzhgorod, Zakarpattia region, 88017.

The appeal is submitted in an arbitrary form but must meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On citizen`s appeals".`

The application must:

• indicate the surname, name, patronymic if any and place of residence;
• state the essence of the issue, comments, suggestions, statements or complaints, requests or demands;
• put the date, signature (an electronic appeal if sent without the use of an electronic digital signature must be in the form of a scanned copy and/or photocopy);
• specify the email address to which the response can be sent or other means of communication.

An application that does not comply with these requirements is returned to the applicant with appropriate explanations.

The Procedure for consideration of citizen's appeals and organization of personal reception of citizens in the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine

Term of consideration of the appeal

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On citizen`s appeals" appeals are reviewed and resolved within a period of no more than one month from the date of their receipt. Appeals that do not require additional study are considered immediately but no later than fifteen days from the date of their receipt.

If it is impossible to resolve the issues raised in the appeal within a month the head of the relevant body, enterprise, institution, organization or his/her deputy shall set the necessary time limit for its consideration and inform the person who submitted the appeal. In this case the total period for resolving the issues raised in the appeal may not exceed forty-five days.

Challenging the actions or inaction of state authorities and their officials. 

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On citizen`s appeals" which is submitted in order of subordination to a higher authority or official, which does not deprive a citizen of the right to appeal to the court in accordance with the current legislation, and in case of absence.
